Descripción

Database Server should accept connections only from trusted Network(s)/IP(s) and restrict access from the world. To minimize attack surface on a Database server Instance, only trusted/known and required IP(s) should be white-listed to connect to it. No IP whitelist group (DescribeDBInstanceIPArrayList SecurityIPList) may contain 0.0.0.0 or 0.0.0.0/0. Iterates every RDS region and instance (DescribeDBInstances). Read-only aliyun CLI calls; credentials and default region come from the CLI's normal profile (aliyun configure, ~/.aliyun/config.json or ALIBABA_CLOUD_* environment variables). JSON output is parsed with sed/awk. A missing CLI or credential fails the check.
