Microsoft Exchange Server
TMA-EXCHANGE-1.11
Ensure 'Exchange recipient filter' is set to 'True'
Description
This policy setting specifies whether the Recipient Filter agent is enabled on the system. The recipient filter uses a recipient block list to identify messages that aren't allowed to enter the organization. The recipient filter also uses the local recipient directory to reject messages sent to invalid recipients. Prints compliant when the recipient filter agent configuration is Enabled. Run on each Edge Transport server. Run from an Exchange Management Shell or after `Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.SnapIn`; the audit loads the snap-in itself when Get-ExchangeServer is missing and fails if it cannot.
