Security groups provide filtering of ingress/egress network traffic to Aliyun resources. It is recommended that no security group allows unrestricted ingress access to port 3389. Removing unfettered connectivity to remote console services, such as RDP, reduces a server's exposure to risk. In every ECS region no Accept ingress rule from 0.0.0.0/0 or ::/0 may cover port 3389 (TCP/UDP/ALL, including ranges and -1/-1). Read-only aliyun CLI calls; credentials and default region come from the CLI's normal profile (aliyun configure, ~/.aliyun/config.json or ALIBABA_CLOUD_* environment variables). JSON output is parsed with sed/awk. A missing CLI or credential fails the check.
