Ensure scanners are in place for open-source vulnerabilities in used packages

Описание

Detect, prevent and monitor known open-source vulnerabilities in packages that are being used. Open-source vulnerabilities might exist before one starts to use a package, but they are also discovered over time. New attacks and vulnerabilities are announced every now and then. Dependabot alerts must be enabled on the repository (GET vulnerability-alerts returns 204) and the organization must not have dependabot_alerts_enabled_for_new_repositories false. Uses the GitHub REST/GraphQL API through gh api (read-only). The repository comes from GH_REPO or the current git checkout (gh's {owner}/{repo} resolution, GH_HOST for GitHub Enterprise Server); the organization comes from GH_ORG (default: the repository owner). Fails when gh is missing or unauthenticated (gh auth login or GH_TOKEN); organization settings and branch protection need an owner/admin token.
