Verify That 'PGPASSWORD' is Not Set in Users' Profiles

PostgreSQL can read a default database password from an environment variable called PGPASSWORD. Run as root; counts Bash login scripts in /home/*, /root and /etc/environment that mention PGPASSWORD (other shells need manual review).
