Ensure that the Containerd socket file ownership is set to root:root

説明

The containerd socket /run/containerd/containerd.sock must be owned by root:root so that unprivileged users cannot alter Docker behaviour. The audit stats every existing candidate path (/run/containerd/containerd.sock); not applicable when none exists.
