Ensure the cmsd service is not available

This entry starts the cmsd service when required. This is a calendar and appointment service. The cmsd service is utilized by CDE to provide calendar functionality. If CDE is not required, this service should be disabled. Audit: `lssrc -s inetd -l` must not list the service (count 0).
