Ensure Correct Permissions on MySQL Binary Log Files

Description
Binary log files (binlog.*, mysql-bin.*) contain records of all data modifications and must have restrictive permissions. Searches /data/tdsql (the benchmark path). Counts binlog.*, mysql-bin.* and relay-log.* files readable by other users; expected 0640.
