The TDSQL Agent provides proactive resource monitoring (mysqlagent_template.xml): <myisam open="1" interval="3600"/> - check whether MyISAM tables have been created <long_trx open="1" interval="60"/> - monitor long transactions <no_primarykey open="1" interval="3600"/> - monitor tables without a primary key <checkdisk open="1" interval="10"/> - disk space check <checklog open="1" interval="..."/> - monitor critical ...

Run grep -A20 '<monitor>' <tdsql>/agent/conf/mysqlagent.xml (and the HeartBeat section). The myisam, long_trx, no_primarykey, checkdisk and checklog items and binlog_checksum must each have open="1" with suitable intervals; any disabled item is a finding.
