TMA-TDSQL-8.2
Ensure InnoDB Tablespace Encryption Is Enabled for Sensitive Tables
Descripción
TDSQL supports per-table InnoDB transparent encryption through ENCRYPTION='Y'. Every table in the organization's approved sensitive-data inventory must be encrypted. The default algorithm for international deployments is AES.
Cómo se verifica
Método de auditoría: Revisión manual
1. Obtain the approved inventory of schemas and tables containing sensitive data. 2. Query those tablespaces: SELECT NAME, ENCRYPTION, ENCRYPTION_ALGORITHM FROM information_schema.INNODB_TABLESPACES WHERE NAME IN ('schema1/table1', 'schema2/table2'); SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES LIKE 'innodb_encryption_algorithm'; Confirm every in-scope table has ENCRYPTION = 'Y' and algorithm AES.
Cómo se corrige
Método de corrección: Guía o parche de infraestructura
Ensure 8.1 is satisfied, then create or alter each sensitive table through the approved change process: CREATE TABLE schema_name.sensitive_table (...) ENCRYPTION='Y'; ALTER TABLE schema_name.existing_sensitive_table ENCRYPTION='Y'; Set innodb_encryption_algorithm to AES through Instance Management -> Parameter Configuration -> Parameter Settings when required.
