Enable authentication of ISIS hellos on interfaces and LSPs, CSNPs, and PSNPs for the protocol instance. IS-IS authentication secures routing adjacencies and LSDB updates by validating the source of protocol packets. Passes when IS-IS is not configured. Audited against the output of 'show running-config' (not 'show running-config all').
