Beschreibung

Enable SQL auditing on all RDS except SQL Server 2012/2016/2017 and MariaDB TX. The Alibaba Cloud allows MySQL instance to be created as a service. Enabling auditing at the server level ensures that all existing and newly created databases on the MySQL instance are audited. DescribeSQLCollectorPolicy must report SQLCollectorStatus Enable (SQL Explorer / audit) for every instance. Iterates every RDS region and instance (DescribeDBInstances). Read-only aliyun CLI calls; credentials and default region come from the CLI's normal profile (aliyun configure, ~/.aliyun/config.json or ALIBABA_CLOUD_* environment variables). JSON output is parsed with sed/awk. A missing CLI or credential fails the check.
